A Guide to New Product Development Systems Performance provides a practical guide to key strategic, technical and economic aspects of New Product Development (NPD) systems and what determines success or failure in terms of reducing time to market. It is based on detailed analysis of New Product Development projects and the experience of leading organizations in the Silicon Valley, and how this can be applied elsewhere. Dr Nassim Aissa Belbaly is an Associate Professor of Information System at Montpellier Sup de Co Group. Prior to this he was a visiting scholar at the UCLA Anderson Business school of Management where he studied the time to market reduction of new product development in the context of the Silicon Valley. Dr Belbaly is the author of several referred papers on NPD, information systems, knowledge management systems, e-business strategies and architectures.
